Emulsions, Bases and Concentrates
Production of emulsions, bases and concentrates is highly technologically demanding. Often you need to make a heterogeneous mixture of two or more liquids of different nature – oil- and water-based. The homogenisation process is needed for emulsion production. For the beverage industry we make flavourings, essential extracts and concentrates.
Emulsions of the “oil on water” type lend the finished beverage a rich and full taste. These half-products are easy to apply in economical doses and permit transport and storage in disposable packages. We produce these components to order – with different fruit, colouring and fortifier content. They can be used for the production of juices, syrups, mineral waters, flavoured beers, etc. This portfolio also includes flavouring pastes for ice creams. These products must further be highly concentrated so that small amounts will be sufficient for the required ice cream base flavouring.
